For Healthcare Assistance :
- Excellence Communication skills,
Both written and verbal.
- Must be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Must have the ability to compete Detailed reports and documentation.
- Capable of dealing with emergency situations in a calm manner.
- Care experience is desirable, although training will be given to the right people .
- A passion for care and making a difference to others.
For RGNS/RMNS :
- Excellence Communication skills,
Both written and verbal.
- Must be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Must have the ability to complete detailed reports and documentation.
- Capable of dealing with emergency situations in a calm manner.
- Must have current MMC PIN.
- MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE DBS.
